A 1-year limited warranty is planned for production orders, subject to final legal and hardware validation.
Coverage intent
The warranty is intended to cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor use.
Not covered
Misplacement, water exposure to the main unit, battery leakage, network outages, notification settings and unauthorized modification may not be covered.
Custom shells
Custom printed shells are reviewed before printing and may have coverage limits different from standard hardware electronics.
